CityMix - 1  | 3D AssetPack

This CityMix 1 Pack contains around 50 custom-made 3D assets that are a general purpose set of assets useful for filling up the urban spaces of 3D environments, the pack is a general mixed collection of usual items, structures, and objects found on urban environments like stores, houses, warehouses,  public places, parks, and more.

This 3D pack provides a high-quality 8K texture set that allows the 50 assets to be shaded from it, keeping all the details Crisp and clear for the highest visual quality possible in all the objects.  The texture work has been done, keeping some objects under certain wear and tear, which helps improve the quality by grounding them more to a real object used over time.  The Objects as well have

Many objects of the pack are designed to be modular and fit in many varied use case scenarios, as well as many objects are animatable and have openable and interactable components making them even more versatile. Allowing you to customize your own prefabs.

Even though the texture is 8K it can be sampled with lower resolutions while still keeping most of the details intact! Allowing you to scale its quality depending on your target platform for lower memory budget cases

The objects are dome with the highest possible care and optimisation in mind, keeping vertex counts per object below 100- 350 most of the time.  While still keeping the highest possible quality. 

All the objects share the same textures, allowing them to be easily implementable in batching / instancing solutions for fast multiple object drawing.

The way this pack is optimized and created ensures a seamles workflow optimized for low end target platforms, like old Computers, mobile devices, or VR experiences,  the assets find the optimal balance between Quality and the highest performance,  made to reduce quad overdraw as much as possible,  reducing memory cost per object, due to its low poly count and shared texture.

3 Future city packs will complete this and make it a full Pack.
