Initially designed for a fishing game does not include extras.  You can attach or add extras to your liking making the boat target your specific needs. If you just need a filler here's your filler. 

The model includes Textures for many different rendering pipelines.

The model is free to use, in games or multimedia projects, with no royalties, nor any extra requirements imposed by the proprietary copyright holder RayznGames.

Under the next Terms:
The asset cannot be resold individually as is.  Nor can someone endorse an activity that violates this license agreement

This license file has to be included in any shared copy of the Licensed material.
